Patterns are not downloading... help please

My antivirus program was the culprit in my case. Turning it off when I download and then turning it back on when the download completed worked for me.  A more common problem seems to be that when that "box" disappears there seems to be no way to download, but all you have to do is refresh the page that your pattern was on, and then click on that same WinZip or Rar download that you clicked on before to buy the pattern, and it will begin downloading. Hope that helps.
