Moderater please help

Hi, I paid 30 coin ( I think it was) for a pattern and then I noticed I needed a certain permission to read it?  I never noticed that before. Could I get a refund please as I did not get a pattern. There should be a fail safe for people like me [I can be slow understanding somtimes] where you cant even pay if your not the right level.  :) Thank you

Try downloading the pattern again . You have to pay twice for the patterns you are wanting to get . First payment for the person who downloaded the pattern to the site and 2nd payment to the Pindiy site . Also you have a read permission of 80 to download patterns you want . Hope this helps

You have the permission to download this. Go to iBooks(free) at the top of the screen and you can download again for free for one week.

This pattern is 80 coins to download. 50 for the member who posted it and 30 for the site. Be sure to click on the attachment two times.
