help!! rar file no worked!!!

I tried to download Craftseller 2014-08.part3.rar on my computer  but it can not  open it  the archive , the file is not  complete...  Thanks for your help!

You will need to download ALL the parts and then open or unpack the first 1 (part1) and all the parts will be opened into a single file. That is how rar works. Hope this helps.
