Cannot upload Rar files in Sewing magazines - New

I have just failed to upload a sewing magazine. The images uploaded OK but when I tried to upload Rar files the option is only for 10Mb jpgs not Rars. Can someone check please & re-instate the option for Rar files.

You need to use the Chrome browser to upload in this section.
When you click on "Browse" to find the attachment on your computer, you need to make sure you select All files in the drop down menu.

I just checked Cross Stitch magazines & that functions correctly. Why are sewing magazines different please ?  Post time 2016-12-2 00:36

What if I dont have Chrome Browser, at the moment there is no option other than jpgs, the drop down menu only has one option  Post time 2016-12-2 00:34
