No option to upload PDF file in new thread

Hi there,
I want to upload a sewing pattern into Tailoring/Sewing Resources|Magazines but when i click on the attach button i am only given the option to upload a jpg file. My pattern is (as most are) a PDF file.
Can someone please look into this for me. This is the message i get "File Size: Not more than 10MB , Types allowed: jpg". Many thanks.

There is no option in tailoring section to upload attachments

Ive uploaded in other handwords
and its moved by moderator to tailoring

Yes, in this section types allowed only jpg, its very strange. Yes, try to create a topic with pattern in other section, for example, Patchwork Resources|Magazines and ask moderators in your new topic to transfer your topic in Tailoring/Sewing Resources|Magazines section.
And size of your file must be less then 10MB, just pack your file to rar (zip) files with each sizes not more than 10MB.
