Every new year the song "Auld Lang Syne" makes me cry . Everyone laughs but for me its the beginning of a new chapter , so I cry for the last year and the memories good or bad . The new makes me cry for happiness thinking it has to be better than the last ? How do you feel on New Years?

Different every year for me.  Last year I was pretty happy.  Husband had this great job, and we were expecting a baby.  Then he was laid off before the birth, he was still unemployed after the birth, my dad died, husband is still unemployed, TRUMP, and now Ill be starting a new year with four kids, no dad, TRUMP, and no income.  So I may cry this year.  I also have 30 lbs of pregnancy weight to lose.  2016 sucked, and the beginning of 2017 is looking pretty grim!

And Carrie Fisher!  2016 just couldnt stop with the deaths!

I always end up tearing up myself. Things dont always go the way I want in life but Im just so thankful and blessed with what I do have...another year of life, a caring husband, my cats, a roof over my head, food in my belly, clothes on my back; etc.
