I cannot put a new patron in New pattern scanned

I can not send a new HAED in the New patterns scanned.

this is happening to me too. Its been a while since the forum doesnt work anymore. lets hope admins get it fixed up  very soon

I had it to.
Tried to up-load a repaint cross stitch pattern with an xsd file (tried it twice) and I thought it failed, but a day later I did get a system message it was approved (two times).
The only problem is, I cant find the pattern anywhere.
I know nothing is wrong with it and this one is not in the pattern list either.

Yesteday I tried to add a message here in the forum, but that was not possible to.
