Why can I no longer download patterns???

I have been active at this site for YEARS and never had a moments trouble.  Then this past month, I can no longer get anything to download!  I have tried to download/ purchase the 2 new Nora Corbett/ Mirabilia pattern (Mai Soli and Miss Christmas Eve) multiple times from multiple computers with NO LUCK!  What on earth is the problem?  I have WAY plenty of gold coin and Ive been doing this for a long time.  So, why NOW cant I get either of these???  When I click on the link for the purchase/ download, the box comes up that only tells me what it costs and what Id have left...NO option whatsoever to purchase/ download.  I am begging someone to help because I am desperate to begin these patterns as gifts and its giving me a stress headache!!!

I really dont know why you are having these problems. It may be a browser problem. Try using Chrome.

I checked your account ... There isnt any problem....???? Maybe your pop-up setting block these downloads... Could you please check?

Hi, I had a problem downloading a pattern a couple of days ago.  It took my 50 gold coins but I couldnt download the pattern.  I went into my points paid area and clicked on the pattern  I just tried to download.  I was then able to download the pattern.  Hope this helps.

Hello! Im same too, Thave a lots og gold coins. Nobody helps me. Then I click to right side the optical mouse the pattern, and open a new windows, then I paid all attachment and wow let me download the pattern. Try it, please

Im new and bought a magazine but it only allows me to download parts of it, tried paying again but its not happening, do not know what Im doing wrong. Its in rar parts, am I missing something? And how do you find all your purchased items, is there a list of them?

You can click at the top where it says "i-Books[Free]", to see what you have downloaded. Also you can re- download for free for 7 days after the first day you got the file. Hope this helps!
I have to say downloading has been extreeemely slow lately. I have no idea why.
