Weggli (butter rolls)

Its a bit of a cold day so I decided to prepare a minestrone for dinner. And to go with it, I opted for a recipe I rely on when I need something really tasty and easy. These dinner rolls are called weggli where I live and they are delicious.

They turned out really really soft.
