rar Download Failed to open

I tried opening the following cross stitch download and it didnt work. Im not overly upset because it didnt cost that much - more or less just that I wanted to report that the link doesnt work. Kept receiving broken operation messages from rar. Just not sure I am using the right forum or not for reporting.

Opened just fine for me. Incomplete downloads will result in an error.

Hmmmm.....I re-downloaded and still got the "broken file message". Even when I tried to extract both files together within the same folder. So I dont what is going on with my rar. It works for the other magazines and files Ive been downloading. Just not that one. Very, Very strange....
