What is the best way to translate Patterns from other languages ​​into English?

I use google always, the best searchmachine and translation.

The problem with Google translate is it does not always do such a great job.  Kim Salazars chart breaks down each individual term.  Ive had Google, come up with terms like 50 spokes?  Languages, other than my native English boggle my mind (I failed miserably when trying to learn Latin and just gave up).  Perhaps a combination of Google Translate and the chart I mentioned would do a good job.
