Chinese payment question

Hi everyone just a question. What does it mean by Chinese payments in top left hand corner? Thankyou in advance

What I understand its only for Chinese to pay something as we chat or QQ.
If you click on it payment you see a credit cards, tekst all in Chinese, I think only these member can pay for anything.
Not very clear, I hope I have it right, if not we shall see, a little misty for what.

its probably for them as the owner is Chinese

I checked the payment link and the next screen is in Chinese.  How can we pay for something, even in coins?  Thanks!
