User Group Permissions

Someone put a bounty on a magazine free cross stitch gift and I checked and saw it had already been posted for download but I believe its considered an attachment. I did a search first before answering the bounty and got this message: "Your usergroup does not have permission to access attachments". Any ideas as to why I cant access the download? DIY.3 according to pindiy permissions Ive a high enough level to view/download attachments. Thanks.

Very usefull, I have that message a lot and cant come in others members spaces. Indeed the same message.
The problem can be they dont now it when they became a member and they csan change their settings.
I told a member when she ask me to take a look in her space, that is was not possible because it was closed.
She changed her settings and a open space, dont know who she did it.
Some member want privacy, that is all I know, Im not sure if my answer is right, but my experience.

Go back to the page, one of the mods has given the correct link with all the downloads (many, many).  I get that message to and I think its when the post is incorrectly done.
