I have the same problem
The speed of downloading is low and it drops to zero. Nothing else will be downloaded no matter how many times we try. I have tried to download a file so many times that I got the internal error messagge and the other moment when the opens file saying that it coul not be open because files is corrupted or damaged

Hi , I used a VPN add-on called Hoxx using Firefox browser. Worked like a charm. I had to login to this website and then login to the Hoxx account that I had made previously. Changed the IP to one from the USA. (in the Hoxx account). I then could download as before.
