So got told today i get to have another back surgery next Wednesday so help cheer me up by telling me something good that's happened today

Have your surgery and think positive, you will be ok when its all over and you will be happy to have had it done. Wednesday as in the day before Thanksgiving? Do you live in the USA? I will pray for you.

Good luck! I had five discs fused about ten years ago. Anticipating the surgery was far worse than the real thing! Hopefully your surgery goes well. Just remember to keep walking as soon as they let you out of bed. It's a huge help!

Beg or borrow a treadmill. I live in northern Minnesota so I know all about cold weather.
