Im worried about this, Im pretty new at the site and its great. I do buy my patterns but love see ...

I am the same way. I have no problem buying the patterns from companies that still have them for sale. But I have no problem downloading patterns that are no longer available to buy. Ive seen so many patterns just in the dimensions category that I had never even seen before because they havent been for sale in a long time!

I love Pindiy, on a limited income and doing charity knitting and crocheting, well this is a great site that I would hate to lose.

in fact, the thing is worrying. But just look or better to type on google any name of a scheme and you are directly connected here.

I totally agree and I actually saw a new post in the free talk section last week titled this is illegal. It was a post from a crochet designer that had found her patterns posted on the site and she went on to say that she had even contacted other designers to let them know what was going on! I cant find the post anymore so Im assuming it was taken down.

I wont do it.  Why do they want your information? What do they do with it?  This is just fine w/o giving them my personal info.
