Actually, that is not true. In the USA, the responsibility falls on the person who shares it. If its a violation of users terms, I would be responsible.

You can find what I am speaking of in Americas Copyright Laws. Many have been fined and jailed by sharing electronically. Sharing a pattern on social media(or a link to a copyrighted pattern) that holds a copyright is against the Copyright Laws. Laws are very different for Copyright Laws from country to country.
I would post a few sites for you, but I am not allowed to post urls.
Your being here since 2011 doesnt change american Copyright Laws.
