Our some users account captured by bad intention people....

First of all I suggest set up a security question on your accounts... Always choose complex passwords (letter, number , and signs all together)

If you live any captured issue on your account please let me know in here .... (If you can not loggin with old account /your password doesnt work anymore)

Or if you receive last login contry different your country message (right corner in first loggin minutes)

Please take a screenshot let me know that IP / I will ban that IP immediately

If they transfered from your account I can see... I checked there is no move like that.... There is no other way "stole" any gold coins from your account...

If they captured your account you should see under page "abnormal country" notices... Did you see? Did you get this IP number? It is very important.... If you find again... Please take a screenshot.... I can ban that IP and we can learn who did this....

Do you right remember your gold coins amount?

you done good with change password and add a security questions....

I am talking about people : They captured account and change the password ... User never reach account again.... If any user face this problem , They must tell me and I can help them ....

I am talking about bad guys are chasing to us not users or user gold coins...

Thank you for the reply Turquoise, I went and downloaded the google authenticator app, logged in and set it up but I still got the pop up security reminder this time in red with the last login location as 141.101.104.166 - Netherlands.

Changed my password and security question again logged out, logged back in using my password, security question and google authenticator and the pop up is still there this time with 162.158.111.246 - Netherlands as the last login location.

I changed browsers because I thought maybe that would solve the problem but I'm now getting a pop up with the login location 141.101.77.157 - Singapore so I'm still unable to download anything :(

hi  I am having problems with my account it keeps telling me that may account os banned or i have the wrong ip address I have changed my password but it hasnt helped, I have been having a  message that says different country login in to my own country, I will try and take a screen shot of it next time it comes up. what should i do now as I cant look at any patterns that I have,

I have installed a new windows system 2 times. I changed my passwords several times on the forum and also changed my security passwords.I keep getting messages that someone else from Germany is on my profile. I feel threatened. I am sending picture the IP of the computer of the hacker from Germany, which is sitting on my profile. IP germany 162.158.114.187. I hid my computer IP data because other users are sitting in this forum and reading the posts. I don't want anyone intercepting my computer data. When I see a security pop-up, I am scared and log out in this forum. I cannot use this website normally. Today hacker Germany blocked my profile. Germany hacker has hijacked my profile .

Good day! I've changed my password and added the security question. In opera browser I could and can log in. But in firefox can't. Every time I'm trying to do it the log in window and password window stay empty and the site can't see me.

A solution has been found. When you can't log in via Firefox you need to:
1. Go into options
2. Go into Security
3. Switch History to "Firefox will use Custom Settings for History"
4. Make sure that Accept Cookies from websites and Accept Cookies from Third Parties are turned on and set to Always
5. Check that Pindiy isn't in exceptons
6. Go into "Show Cookies" and delete everything that has Pindiy in its name

After all of this you should be able to login properly.
