What is your Go To Cheesecake recipe?

Sooo.... cheesecake is quite possibly my favorite dessert (followed closely by icecream, cheesecake icecream certainly is THE BEST!), anyhow, just wondering what is your go to cheesecake recipe?

I made a stuffed choc chip cookie cheesecake the other day and that was delicious, so I am thinking of something else that would be equally delicious, but not too labour intensive to make.

What is your fav cheesecake recipe? Would you mind sharing it?

I have an Instant Pot electric pressure cooker.  The absolute best thing it does is make cheesecake.  Its smooth, rich, creamy and perfect every time!  Loads of recipes on pinterest.

My husband really loves cheesecake... I have made so many that Ive lost count.

More recently, I have made these and they taste amazing:

The Mape Pecan glaze is to die for, great on the cheesecake and everything else.

Its a lot of work, but its probably one of the best things I have ever made. Totally worth it.
