I love fish, but fresh, when I buy it and almost time the eat I make a dough of water an flour with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Then I lay the fish very careful in the dough, till every side get the dough, what to much is let it drip off.
Make the dough not to thin or thick, just in the middle.
Fry him on 180 degrees in sunflower oil in 10 minutes, depends how big or smaal the fish is.
Let drip the oil of on kitchenpaper and serve it with garlicsaus, chilisaus or what you like.
I use mixed powder, in it seasalt, garlic herbs and chillipepper. I love garlicsaus but not good for my line. :lol
Enjoy to look at it, the fish is already eaten. :)
