i have the same problem i cant download a crochet pattern i paid whit coins, can someone tell me what i should do

Ive got the same problem in all browsers.
I have been trying to analyse this issue, IMHO, the website allows to download files only to limited number of people at the same moment in time, the rest get this message. If you spent coins on something and you cannot download the file you should keep trying and at some point you will be able to "join the queue" and finally download it. Roughly speaking, when somebody goes out you get in. Refreshing the page does not work. Sometimes it takes about 10 or more times to click download button.

Hi I was having the same problem but have found that by installing a vpn program (virtual private network) on my laptop and my tablet it has solved it. I now have no problems downloading . There are plenty of free vpns  that you can download.
