I need help please. I have an account, using it daily. All of a sudden I cant login anymore. I get a pop-up that wants me to add a security question, but if I click on a security question and give the answer, I cant go any further. Loginname and password arent accepted anymore and I dont get a new password in my email  after I clicked on "forgot password". I am now logged in on another account that i had to create I dont understand what happened, because I didnt post anything im just looking at patterns daily. Can you help me please?

My user account was Yesca and I dont have the QR code and what’s the Google authentification app?
What can I do ?

No I couldnt fix it. I never got an answer. Admins dont react. I tried a few times, but as you can see I am waiting for a year now :(
