I have not experienced this issue yet. I am using opera browser if anyone wants to give that a try.

I have done all of the said things, still doesnt work, it takes my money, it looks like its loading, i get a message and then nothing, no download link or pdf notification nothing!!! i have had a computer tech look at my computer, and he said, it it the site.  Thank you.
