regarding Russian terms
loop is not накид, its петля, yes, but not yarn over as it is translated in the document

ring is кольцо, not коль - partial translation that can lead to misunderstanding.

round is not necesseraly вокруг, its most likely ряд (при круговом вязании) row as in crocheting in the round.

This is good to know, I noticed russian sites have a lot of patterns that I like so Ive been hoarding those like crazy... and worrying about how to read them later, lol!
Will keep this as a note for the conversion charts.
