I only browse the crochet and knitting areas so I cannot speak for the other sections of the forum but to me things at the moment are normal.
I use Microsoft Edge because all other type of browsers would make my laptop crash.
Sorry for not being very helpful but perhaps you can try ME as well. Prior to ME I used Firefox but things were too slow and some day it wouldnt let me log in at all.

Describe the problem is difficult because some users faced this problem, some of not ... For example I can download without any problem ... But very experianced some users faced with this problem :dizzy:too

Hello again.
I must join the users here who said that the difficulty to download is only on some pages, while others are working okay. The same is for me: this morning I seem not to be able to download a pattern from a page that looks normal. I rated the pattern that I wanted but it wont let me download it as the wheel keeps turning. In case youre interested to check or see that page, the address is this

If any of you got the file previously, can you please check if it is possible to download it again from your own iBook? Perhaps it is a glitch or the page got corrupt entirely.

Our tech team working on our application for phones and done lot of updates on the site .... I got complaints about can not download (3-4 complaints, not general) but I can download... Tech team tried they can download too ... They told me if the problem is not general , it can not be our system problem .... But they say again, It can be solve next updates too .... We can not be sure what happined but we are waiting any solution ... Please try again time by time

@Turquoise, Its not on every download it seems. Yesterday I was downloading Stitching With The Housewives cross stitch with no issues. All were PDFs. Then I tried to download Dunaeva Toys - Evgeniya Dunaeva - Grandmother (PDF), Dimensions Whimsy Bow 72269 Gardening Love (rar) and Cross Stitch Favourites - Spring 2021 (PDF). Different sections as you see but the same problem. I am sure the tech team will fix it. But for now it seems like its hit and miss with downloads. I save these failed downloads to a folder and will come back to them later when the problem is solved.

Dear friends, the purchase issue seems resolved. If you click the download link with the rights mouse button and choose Open in new window the purchasing interface appears and you can continue with download.

icould have the solutione. this morning i had an idea. i downloaded the antivirus and it found many errors in the registry...soafter the clening ...anf d i am very happy now PINDYIY WORKS FINE!!!!!!!!!
