Impossible to load..

Hello, not sure Im at the good place but I really need help !
For a week, impossible for me to buy and load a pattern, to send a PM...
I tried on MacBook, PC, Iphone, firefox, chrome, safari, the same..
Do you have the same problem ? Thanks so much for your help ( I tried to contact moderators but as I couldnt send a pm, impossible ), thanks a lot.

Hi, there is a problem with the pop up feature. If youre on PC you can right click on the file you want to buy and choose open in a new tab, then proceed the payment as usual and the file will be downloaded automatically. If youre on your phone you can touch and hold on the file link until the open in new tab option appears and do the same as the PC one. I use chrome and this works for me on both PC and my phone :)

I will try to explain what happened... Our site seems “not secure” only we dont refuse pay for the sertificate..
we have lot of Anti-virus and good codes/software for our sites securities
Now your device setting not allow what you want to download not secure sites...
You have to change our site settings from your device... there are several options for do that
* Click to “Not secure” words on the browser , you will go to directly site settings change everthing for allow  
Especially pop-up directions
**Settings /security and confidentional / site settings/ pop-up and directions/  Sites allowed to send popups and use redirects / Add "www.pindiy.com "

Hello, Im sorry but it doesnt work at all, not on PC, not on MacBook not on Iphone..Im really ennoyed, I did all you said..Did you change something a week ago ? I never had this problem. Thank you

I solved it in a simple way. After paying, reload the pattern page and then you will be able to download the file.
