Attachment prices

When uploading attachments for purchase, I came to notice that Lvl 1 and 2 can set the attachment price to up to 150 Gold Coins. I have seen a single attachment for 400, but most asking for up to 333, and wondered, which user group is required for that.
I have tried to read in the forums and in the menus under points and user group, but I cant seem to find a table showing which user group can set which prices.

Is there an official table available?
There also seems to be a difference between price and income, is there a kind of log or table on this explaining how the income is calculated?

The very high prices you saw were set when the old rules were in place. That let users set a price *100 for their level (like 200 for DIY2, 800 for DIY8, etc). So this is not an error, and the old prices will not be changed as these were all following the rules at that time. Now the pricing is much more reasonable. Please see the thread Anniekins linked for the up-to-date chart.

Income is 70% of the price set that goes to the uploader, the other 30% being site tax, automatically deducted from each purchase.
