Cannot open these files

The files included in the rar archives of these two patterns have a strange extension.
Theres written attach.
I am not able to open them. Could anybody help, please? Thank you!

attach files included,
rename to whatever you want--jpg,pdf,---
it doesnt work

there are no pdf files included

According to the information on both of those threads, the files are pdf-files.

Change .attach to .pdf, and try opening them again.

Yes, the file that youre initially downloading is a RAR-file. Inside the RAR-file, there are files with the extention ATTACH (plus a jpg-file). After extracting the RAR-file I changed the ATTACH extention to PDF, and the files open like any other PDF-file.
