I could download again, but only the first pattern !

I tried 2 other patterns and I received the same message again :
Sorry, your account or IP address is banned, you can not access the site.

I also received the message that the login was not correct, there was another login from the Netherlands.

Links are dead... Please give me titles of the pattern... This message for your account not mine therefore probably I can download these .... You MUST give me that "Netherland" IP number and I will ban ....That Message very important for (abnormal places) Netherland IP number

On Friday there was a login from the United States : 172.69.54.224
Today there is the login from the Netherlands 141.101.105.215

The 2 patterns I could nog download are :

hi  I am having problems with my account it keeps telling me that may account os banned or i have the wrong ip address I have changed my password but it hasnt helped, I have been having a  message that says different country login in to my own country, I will try and take a screen shot of it next time it comes up. what should i do now as I cant look at any patterns that I have,

if I try to download anything it tells me either  the base settings are wrong, or that I am banned  or have the wrong IP address
