Please download to your phone Google Authenticator (it is QR code reader)

Read qr code with your camera and open with google authenticator

It will give you password , please write these numbers to little window

And your account will be on safe

Ive done what you suggested with the Google Authenticator, cleared cookies, etc...
Still have the same problem, Im paying for attachments but then I can not download them.
I get this error message:

Site Base Settings
Sorry, your account or IP address is banned, you can not access the site.

This is so frustrating, I have logged in and yet again the pop ip window is back with the
