How to upload files using the new upload system

My apologies, not for certain where to ask, but I try to start a new post in the cross stitch pattern scans, but it tells me I dont have permission? I would like to post and contribute to the community, how can I make posts?

How do I upload the PDF to the thread? I can upload the photo but not the pdf

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere Ive been unable to find it, but is there a way to choose which image will be used as the thumbnail? I have even tried just deleting the image it auto-selected, however it didnt seem to cause a change in the thumbnail image.

Hi, I tried to follow your instructions, but apparently for me, after pressing NEW, the screen that appears is definitely not the same!!!
