I was trying to upload a pattern but the system told me that I don't have the rights. I'm relatively new here and still finding my way around. Is there a certain threshold of postings, comments, or general activity that must be fulfilled before I can participate or how does it work? I'd be grateful if someone could guide me towards some general rules or something.
