hello, i hope this is the right place to ask, im trying to upload some of my work on the stitch diary forum but when i try to upload picture it says there is an internal server error and it doesnt work :( this is the message it gives:
Uploading is finished! Successfull: 0, Failed: 1, items:
20240216_180056.jpg: Internal Server Error
i hope someone can help me with this or point me in the right direction at least!

Thats strange, 5 mb is the max right? The picture i was trying to upload was less than that (2.6 mb to be exact)

decrease the picture then tell me if that works. I use Photoshop and decrease it to 10cm width

I’m having trouble uploading the image to my pattern. Image is only 1.2MB but I get an error message that the file size is exceeded (even though the max is 100.2MB for images). I don’t have any issues with the attachment, only the image. Also I’m trying to do all this from an iPhone - not sure if related.
