Opening RAR files

I cant open any rar files Ive downloaded :(  and yes I have software to do it but it wont any ideas?Not much point in my being here if I cant open anything

you put the rar file to a folder, you must right-click on the rar file and click "extract here

The prerequisite is that you have WinRAR installed on your PC


first step: create a new folder and name it

second step: right clic decompress  in the new folder

for more than one rar
hightlight them with right clic and decompress them alltogether in the new folder

I downloaded an app on my macbook which worked ok - not sure which one though- the first one I came to that was free :-)
