Downloading help is needed

I  purshased a download  but  I can not open it please tell me what I need to open it please any advice would be helpful . i am using window 10

After your click for the first payment of the pattern, click on it again so the system can take out the download fee of 30 GCs, it will then download.  So you have to click on the pattern twice and it will be there for a couple of days so your not paying twice for the pattern.

Also any patterns you have download will be found in the iBooks free folder listed on the top of the banner.    It is one of the best features because sometimes I cant find where I saved the original file and have to download it again.  From iBooks there is not another charge for the pattern you paid for earlier.

You will also need a pattern program in order to read the pattern you downloaded.
